Is some kind of motion blur going on? IDK where
the focal could be really b/c its not clear
I also like the fx, but it could use more.
the black isn't doing the entire job for me.
Lighting and text is good, keep it up. read some tut's.

i think the blur should be taken off
the hand should be part of the focal

 

The bottom left cloud kind of looks out of place, the Fx look great, and like just about everyone else has said, the blur is just a bit too heavy.

i hink u v bkured that way to much, maybe tone it down a lil,also some sharpning sorry i dont knw what else to say but the sig does need work...some more colours and adj layers would surly help.

 

You guys are right, it's way too blurred. I was trying to make it seem as though the hands were moving, but it looks like I overdid. Thanks for the comments though guys.

The blur destroys the focal >.<.

It's a nice idea though.
