I got my video card about 3-4 weeks ago, it's an ATI Radion x1950 ---.
But anyway, let me try to explain this piece by piece and into depth... This is what's happening:

-Lines that stretch from across the screen, usually from the texture around from where you are.
-Triangular shapes stretching across the screen, They can be described as: Skinny, Long, Huge, and sometimes small.
-Small black squares around my User Interface ONLY.
-Even smaller rectangles across my whole screen, usually 1/4 of a centimeter apart.
-Huge miscellaneous objects all over the screen.

This might be handy also, but it's hard to explain. Say I am wielding an all-green staff and an object/player was near by. The green part of the staff would shape into a line or a triangular shape and stick to a player'/object.

The strange thing about this is it only happens in World of Warcraft - Which I have no idea why.. It's the only 3-D game it happens in

I've tried the following things to fix this problem:

    -Updated all my drivers.
-Opened up my computer and checked if there were any stray wires.
-Made sure all the wires were plugged in correctly for both my monitor, and my tower.
-I've tried messing with the settings of both my video card and the World of Warcraft video options.
    -Repaired World of Warcraft
-Gotten a new power supply that's 500 watts.

These are just some of the few things I've done with my common sense and some advice.

    Thanks in advanced.
