LOL Was 9b is not the latest one 9c is - Go on Windows Update check there first then if you cant download through there then go to this site. It has the links to download DirectX but i warn you its like 33mb file http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=835
Lastest one is 9c Anyways go to www.microsoft.com then downloads then directX catagory and dl the DirectX 9.0c SDK pack. Hope this helps.
yeah i made a mistake you both dont need to spam it to point out my error anyway when i pm'd him i gave him the right version.
