I think the idiot who is going to sue them, should sue them for making him jealous

 

I think hes saying that they are saying they made the site/template or w/e.

Hes also saying one "kid" is telling us he has worked for a company that doesnt exist

I see where clash is coming from......but...if there "kids" why sue.

I totall agree xRKxKoesdibyo, dont judge them on age.

 

The templates a template monster template, who cares if they claimed to make it; the person saying his going to sue hasn't lost any money so he doesn't have a claim.

 

Picture this...you are buying....oh...lets say....a lawn mower. It costs about $300-400. You're buying it online, and it looks great in the picture. The site says they sell hundreds a day, and that they are great machines. You get it a few days later...and it's not even close to being assembled right. You find out that the company was started by a 15 year old in highschool, with employees not much older. None of them have experience actualy building lawn mowers, or a degree in machanics. This is called fraud.

If he sues the company, and the director/owner does not have a business licence, that creates a bigger problem.

Would it be diffrent if it was a 30 year old fat guy living in his parents basement?

And yes, that design is from templatemonster, I've seen it before, but if they buy it legally, whats the problem with that?

I think this is meant to be a joke, since if this were true then it may be one of the most laughable lawsuits in the world.
