Digital-Artisans has now merged with World of Renders! So firstly I would like to welcome Madocca & Scriptkid to the DA team :D

Secondly, World of Renders will now be used as a sister site to Digital Artisans as a Topsite site & a new upload site, plus anything else we think of :P

This site will be known as Artisans Canvass

    can·vass /ˈkænvəs/ [kan-vuhs]

    1. to solicit votes, subscriptions, opinions, or the like from.
    2. to examine carefully; investigate by inquiry; discuss; debate.
    –verb (used without object)
    3. to solicit votes, opinions, or the like.
    –noun
    4. a soliciting of votes, orders, or the like.
    5. a campaign for election to government office.
    6. close inspection; scrutiny.

    Clever huh :P

For a sneek preview go here: http://worldofrenders.com/index.php

    It's exciting :D

    Cheers,

    The DA Admins

BTW - nothing is set up yet :D

    Dear Artisans,

The time has come for our first big tournament. The tournament is only going to be open to Artisans rated in the intah bracket or below. The format of the tournament will be this: In the first rounds you will be asked to make tags following a certain theme, in the later rounds it will be large art like wallpapers or cd covers. Each entrant will battle one on one. The member who reaches 7 votes first, will advance to the next round. The amount of rounds depends on the amount of artisans that enter.

    Rules:
We only have a few rules for you:
    * You must get rated here & be rated in the intah bracket or below.
    * You MUST have at least 15 posts.
    * The work MUST be your own.
    * Get your entries in on time!
    * Entries MUST be PM'd to Strange Ruby or Anthony
    * Just have fun!

    Prizes:
    1st - 1 yr DeviantArt subscription
    2nd - 1 yr GameWallpapers subscription

    Voting:
Voting will be open to ALL staff members & VIP Artisans. Voting will be public & a reason for your vote will be required for it to be valid. A voting thread will be made once both entries are in.

This is our first tournament so lets make it massive! If you want to participate, just put your name down in this thread.

    Entrants so far:

Good luck & have fun guys & gals,

    Ruby & Anthony
