I logged on to the site and i noticed the advertisement and it said Diablo 3 and i though, i thought that blizzard wasn't going to make it, but the roomer have started back and they say that blizzard are looking for the artists that helped them make Diablo 1 and Diablo 2 , so is this true ? or not? And does anyone else here play Diablo 2 LOD..... Its a great game.... The second 1 was anyway so i cant wait to see what the 3rd Diablo is like, if it comes out that is ^_^
i use to play it then i lended my discs to a friend and never got them back. I was a barbarian and necro.. i think the highest i got was like to Hell.. It was fun; I want to play it so bad!
Blizzard didn’t make any allusions about a possible Diablo 3, but this didn’t stop rumors from circulating. After Bill Roper’s resignation, it looked like there wouldn’t be any sequel to Diablo, even though Blizzard North had started to look for experienced designers. But after Ropers’s announcement that his new studio will launch Hellgate: London, an employee of the Bratislava Symphony Orchestra posted on DiabloII.net information according to which the orchestra is currently working at the soundtrack for Diablo 3. Actually, the information was received as an e-mail whose content was this: “I am musician in Czech Republic. I play not with one orchestra but with many depending on work. I have recently been to Bratislava in Slovak Republic for recording sessions with local Radio Symphony Orchestra, where we just recorded music for Diablo 3.” The information might contain some truth, because the same orchestra recorded the music for the add-on of Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. Obviously Blizzard didn’t make any comments.
Hansen is right, the people who left Blizzard are the ones who made the Diablo series and they are working on a new game called Hellgate: London (which I may add is going to kick some major ass, and the abbreviation somewhat means to me that there is potential for a sequel like Hellgate: New York and stuff, but who knows). As far as Blizzard working on or releasing a D3, they have not submitted any form of information reguarding the game or the possibility of it. What people thought was the potential for a D3 was Hellgate: Londom (an MMOFPRPG). The creators of Diablo dont have copyright privelages to the title of "Diablo" as its sole property of Blizzard, so unless Blizzard is working on something they havnt released any information about, its not happening.
i got diablo 2 and expansion (buy CD key of me if you want) and diablo 3 would be great and would be a definate buy for me
IMO D3 could be possible, sounds like stepping their(blizzard) own toe but IMO its going to be a profit. Where do you think monthly WoW fees go to anyway? Its for other projects

1) if it was being designed by blizzard, it would be on the blizzard site, and blizzard is the only company/set of people who are authorized to use the name "diablo" as its copyrighted by them, the name, franchise, etc.. 2) if it was being designed by pros, they website wouldnt be running your convential bulletin board like vB, not to mention an out-of-date version of it. 3) it it was being designed by pros, the website would look alot better than it does. Referring to ikore's topic and diablo3.com. Most of their news announcements infer they are just messing with you, like "Diablo 3 will not appear at E3" and stupid stuff like that. We knew about WoW way before it came out, it would be the same for Diablo. The former creators of the Diablo series are working on Hellgate: London, as said, and they wouldnt split their team down the middle for a Diablo 3 as they dont have the rights to it anymore since they do not work for blizzard (its copyrighted to blizzard/battle.net).
Well Diablo 2 wa realy a nice game I would love if Diablo3 come out!!! I guess the rumors started because of the new book Diablo:Moon of the Spider!! in fact when I saw thet new book I alsome thought that D3 will come out!
