im a big dA user too. and i brought it cos there are quite a few people that have accounts, and even if they dont they may want to know. anyways the story summarised in a sentace: Scott Jarkoff and Matt founded DA, Angelo came along to help (among others) and Angelo claims to be the third founder, which is incorrect. Angelo through tactics of misconception, deception and evilness now legally owns deviantART, inc, which is wrong, Scott should legally have 45% of the company, more than others therefore making him CEO. He mysteriously lost 10%, and is looking to file a lawsuit against Angelo. Angelo, in response, sacked him. As far as I know, the dA community is supporting Scott Jarkoff, as am I. Furthermore, there are arguments/rumours saying that Angelo wants dA to be more corporate. He wants it to produce more revenue/money (possibly for his own gain) This goes against the ethos of the site being a community not a corporation. DeviantART isnt owned by anyone, its run by the community, and Angelo hasnt really realised that. The more you read into this, the more you find that Angelo (aka Spyed aka Ninja) seems to have been planning this for a long time. Ull realise how much of jerk Angelo is, and ull support the original founder of deviantART, the single greatest digital art community across the world, Scott Jarkoff.
Well that sucks that shouldnt be and yeah some legal action should be taken and htis angelo guy be removed cause thats wrong and deviantart will soon fall apart.

I've been at dA for about 3 years but only made a real active account last year. This is a disgrace. Scott Jarkoff aka Jark is the founder of dA along with Matthew Stephens aka Matteo. Angelo aka spyed has no rights to remove them from their positions and replace him with "puppets". He will add more and more pay features to dA just for cash. He doesn't care about the art, he wants the money. I bet in the future dA will become pay only. For now we can only hope Jark wins in court (if he takes legal action) and him and Matthew start a new community, a real one this time.
It was just a staff position change but Jark is permanetly off meaning there is no way he can control his company that he founded.. and people are upset. :\ It's not going down, but people have said they would leave.. By the looks of it, dA is more corporate thatn community.
Damn that spyed guy... this is just bs. I've been around to see quite a bit of it, and have also seen tons of support for jark in recent deviations. I don't go to there forums much, so I don't know the whole deal. But from the diaries, and info submitted by jark and the truth site that was set-up... I would say Angelo needs to suffer the hand of quick justice and leave him on his butt, out the door, and fined for his stupidity. <_< Long Live Jark!
