Alias, please read the agreement more carefully... They need to ask permission before they can publish/parchase your work.

Have you compared the previous agreement with the new one? Appearently not, because this new one is made because of some slight minor legal mistakes in the previous. The things about the ownership were already in the previous agreement.

In other words: you're telling lies. with many others.

DO NOT DELETE YOUR WORK IN YOUR dA. dA is still an awesome art-community.

Now that is gay...I have an account there...I might start removing my things on there...how mean not get the permission of the artist to sell things and change their work.

I use Deviant Art occassionally and, to be perfectly honest, don't think they'll be marketing my work or the work of other's without their prior permission. Overall, Deviant Art is a great community and i don't think that there is a need to scare everyone.

It helps to read, and if you're an idiot and leaving because you couldnt read past the 3rd SA statement, then thanks for freeing a little more bandwith for users who could read.

Oh how I LOVE people that complain before actually READING what they're complaining about.

The submission agreement hasn't changed at ALL, just worded to be more easily understood. The only thing is says DA has a right to do is resize your work for thumbnails and show it on the site.
