Is designing blogs skins same as designing web templates.. I heard that designing blogs requires html/java script... Juz post wad u guys know.. Srry if this is a bit vague.. Juz post wad u guys know bout designing blog/skins..
first you design it like a template in photo shop or fireworks or any other program like that. Then it depends on what engine you are using, whether it be wordpress, typepad ect. In the end for most of them it is a style sheet and a few php files with the variables in them to to place the content on the page.
