well btk quit so u cant but u can ask me my dad didnt want to go with compaq, cause they didnt have the best support. Dell on the other hand was giving 24/7 support for life, so he decided that would be the way to go. we purchased a 2,000$ laptop, best of the best a couple years ago. anyway, the parts got ----ed, he called and waited for 4 hours and the phone died on him. he called again 2 days later, and had spare phones ready to go and as soon as he got ahold of some1, they transfered him. then finaly they told us that we would have to send it in... so we did and we only had a 1 year warenty on parts and this was month 11, well they "worked" on it for about 2 1/2 months, then send it back with a 800$ bill saying that it had ran out of warenty, since there was nothing he could do, he had to pay it. then the parts went out 4 weeks later, proving that what they give u is ----, and i think it is on purpose, they give parts to last about the warenty time, then when they repair it, they give you ----tier parts...dont buy dell
don't tell anyone, but i actually have a dell, i use it as my family file server. I got it from a friend for 20 bucks, no hard drive, no ram. when it dies, ill throw it in the trash with no regret
I was reading the review, and wow I didnt think dell would do that to a gaming computer...they totaly disgraced the name a hardcore gaming comp.... They better not fill alienware comsp with that ----... Michael Dell Is a ----ING moron and needs to be burned.
@Twized's first post: Just that they are able to put a good card in their systems doesn't say they are uber leet. This is the only use of dell where they are good for : Forget the text btw. tss n00bs... Good one master & twizted about the toilets.
