I didnt see a current thread about this game yet, so i went a head and made this, even though there might have been an old one.

by the way, DDR = Dance Dance Revolution.

i have this game for PS2, the version i have is DDR Extreme 2.

and i have 2 pads for it.

Currently songs on Standard are too easy, and songs on Heavy are too hard at times :tongue:

i've played at an arcade once, and it seemed easier, but mostly at home or a friends house, so tell me, is playing on the hard floor at an arcade better than soft pads?

and feel free to discuss anything else about DDR

 

I suck at it DDR slow or fast but i do enjoy it to make an ass out of myself

losing calories FTW!

 

i love ddr. im not terribly good at it, but its still really fun. like phane said, its all about making an ass of yourself with friends.

 

Im white, so DDR is my enemy.

I'm asian, and I can't do it. I play it in arcades sometimes, but you always see some people playing insanely. It's just awesome. Anyway, I suck bad, and can't do past the first setting on any song.

and honestly i think that DDR skills come at random, because asian people being good at ddr seems like a myth.

also people who can dance really well that i know often suck, and people who are good at similar games, like guitar hero (also pwns!!!) suck too.

 

I suck at DDR. Other than that, I don't know much about it.

 

I used to play it, was really really good....then I stopped...now I play Guitar Hero...

 

DDR=Ownage
GH2=Pure Ownage

I'm good at both, Though my padfs for ddr broke so i havnt played in forever. I can do most if not all songs on heavy. The trick is 1:not brining ur feet back to center, and 2:Learn the patterns and 3:Get good at finding a beat.
It's almost the same for GH2
