Cs Demo?

Okay well my computer is not fast enough to run a video capture program while I play cs:s.

I heard there is a way to make demos, then convert them to a move file type such as .wmv or .avi.


Is this possible? If so how?

 

You can use FRAPS or some command during the game, im pretty sure

 

how about go to console and type record demo?
