1) The term has nothing to do with it you have to have below 50 or 100 post qnd you cqn qsk it for free by pming the admins
2) he wasn't asking for rep+ he was asking for the buttons to rep+ and donate

hes asking for someone to make him buttons and a signature

dont double post , and stop using the +rep as a currency , your promising everyone that sends you credits a +rep and thats not the right way to do it , and if you want your name changed , you dont have to contact an admin , you can buy the username change item from the shop but clicking "shop" button on the top of this page
