    If he would of said BurningH2o then I would of said nvm, but he said BURNING(Like dissing) H2o, so... stfu.

    First of all, my bro said you "CAN" -rep/+cred if you get it right. He didn't say "WILL YOU?" so I think he (my bro) wasn't asking for anything over there. (If you think about it grammatically).

    2nd of all, why are people saying i would get fined?

    3rd can someone plz tell me if i was fined b4, if so for what reason. Show me a proof so i can reason it out/understand; this way i can avoid problems in future.

    Learn to read. Had you been able to earlier, you would've been able to see that asking for reputation is not allowed and would result in punishment of some sort.
