I want to limit my CPU usage for certain programs.
    I.e. C4D.

I don't like it taking up 100% of my CPU and getting extremely hot, I like it to stick around 50 degrees when rendering, above 65 is too much for me. But until I can limit C4D taking no-more than 50% of my CPU I can't reduce the heat.

    Any ideas? Ta.

Open up task manager (cntrl + alt + delete)
    Go to Processes
Go down the list until you find the program
    Right Click
    Set Priority
And then change to whatever you want.

Set it to low, still goes up to 100% usage. Nice try though

    The BES program works perfectly.

I can stop it going past 70% usage. Just what i needed.
