Cpu Fan ..?

    hey folks .. everytime im turnin on my other computer im gettin the message..

    "CPU fan not running now
    Please Shutdown Immediatly"

    will a total format solve this prob or will it be a hardware issue ?

    The fan is probably borken so I don't think that it can fix itself. Go to your computer store and make them look at it.

    open the side panel of the computer, start the comp
    if the fan dont start its broken.
    Make sure nothing is Blocking it or w/e and make sure its connect to PSU or Mobo.
    If it still wont work go buy a nice cpu fan on newegg that fits your CPU.

    Um, wow. Roflmao. You guys ever thought of checking to make sure it was plugged in? Yeah, that would be a big factor.

    You should see a small cord coming from the fan, and you plugged that into the motherboard; the port for it should be somewhere near the CPU, but all boards vary.
