I really want to get into template making but there is a few things I want to know: 1.) Before you get someone to code it and cut it up, do you put in regular text or is there something special you have to do? 2.) What is that lorum ipsum thing I see in almost EVERY template made? Do I need to do it or does it come with some html command or something? 3.) What is a good size for templates? 4.) Around how much does coding cost?
