Okay, I have supplied an Image, would it be possible to cut this out and put 2 wristband on it, one saying CX and other saying Mod, then shrink it down to like 3/4 or 1/2 size?

 

Only he's arm that you want on the image ? Would be hard to read if its the whole image.
