Uh.... Nothing special? Add some chrome, twirl it, scanlines, border, and text just to get that lol. Oh well, good job messing around with the filters..

 

lol it's a nice effect pretty simplistic but maybe add renders and work with the color of the text border

some people forget that gamerenders is a critisism board. rofl. its aight, but to be honest, its so ,tut looking,it even might be one. 5/10. so dull.

its good, the first post,
but the scanlines are too hard
and the border is not good... but a 1 or 2 pix border would be worse

 

Well, I use a program called GIMP 2.0 and i cant get the border to be like Evan's or anything like that.it only lets me do solid.Trust me, if i had photoshop it would be ALOT better but i dont have that kind of money.

 

Gimp 2.0 sucks nuts, trust me, ittle get u NO WHERE, get 30 day free trial of adobe 7.0 cs thats wut i got

 

yeh i agree with all the posts, and photoshop would make it alot better
