Cool Border

    This is how to make a cool border like the one in my Bawls sig.

    Make sure the border is on a new layer.
    Take the pencil tool, set it to 1px and make it white.
    Make lines across the top, bottom, and sides, that are 2px away from the edge. (There will be 2 spaces between the border and the edge.)
    Set the border layer to overlay.

    I know this makes me sound like a newb. But I cant seem to find the Pencil tool lol.
