how will they do that when the program is ulead cool3d and not anything made in imageready? you can slow the the frame per rate by selecting it way near the end. the default is 15 i believe, there is a dropdown bar.
i tried that, selecting the individual frames, but it changes all the frames to that frame rate, but i shall try it again, maybe i missed something
the framerate is how fast the video is playing... to slow something down in cool 3d, you can change the framerate or for better quality, make MORE frames
