so i got this new monitor yesterday right? cuz my old one was like focusing in different areas right? instant eye-issues right? anyways so i had the choice between these 2 within my price range, one with a tight 1680x1050 resolution, and the other with 1400x900 or something smaller but a 10,000x1 contrast ratio. the 1680x1050 had a 3000x1 contrast ratio, and I eventually went with the higher resolution for gaming purposes, and figured the contrast ratio would be fine for my graphics work and such. What contrast ratios are you guys running? Cuz it affects to color range ur computer can display and such.... I dunno I'm not gonna change the monitor but i'm just curious about what other people are running.
It's brighter now. Much clearer too. Also, I know we aren't talking about what you are Daecu, I'm really just talking to Humac, lol.
humac, ur stoooopid boy jk jk contrast ratio is a stat on ur computer that relates to the color range of ur computer. a high contrast ratio is better for graphics work because of the greater array of colors ur monitor can display. what I'm saying is that i sacrificed this to have a better resolution so i can see muthafu--as across the map at higher detail to shoot them in the head
