Well it must not be to low if that's the prices I've been quoted on in another thread where somebody suggest that I make it in to a contest. If you feel the price is to low then contact me and we can talk about it. Try to get rid of the button links.. Instead use the image you have for the buttons as like a header for the navigation. Here's mine so far: Still got a lot to do, but I think it's going to turn out pretty good. Let me know your likes/dislikes so far.
the reason people sent you $30 price quotes are because these people dont normally make templates... spend an extra $50 or so and get your template done from someone with experience
Here's a small update: Changed the colors a little and added some new stuff. Let me know about the colors, they can be changed to your liking. [EDIT] I made a lot of changes in this version. Still not done yet though, tell me what you tihnk.
rimfire, an advice: use the same background u used in the main menu for the recent matchs box it will look a lot better
Bulls.eye: That looks pretty good but I'm not fond of the colors. Maybe try a lighter blue color an not so much white. Rimfire: I like it so far. A few things that I would like to see replaced/removed Buttons - I don't like buttons. Header Navigation - Get rid of that part News Section - Add a small logo there for each news post and that would look cool. Welcome player - Get rid of that. No need for it since it's more of a personal site. Marquee - That is in a good spot and I like it. Looks good!
That is better but like I've said.. I do not like the navigation menu in the header. Replace the green with the orage color you had in your other version. The banner is really bad but like you stated, "It can be customized." The navigation on the left is good but I don't like the way that the links look. Maybe make them a bit better with out buttons. A news logo is a new image in each news post that can be changed depending on what type of news there is. For example: If the news is about Day of Defeat I would want a Day of Defeat image/logo in that post. If the news is about Game Renders then i would want an image to suit it in that post.
Ok, that can be done. I'll see what I can do about the links in the Nav box. [EDIT] Ok how about now? I'm still thinking of ideas for the banner but I should have it done by tomorrow night.
