So when exactly is this contest gonna close? I'll probably put in my entry the last day cause I'm constantly making improvements when I think of them.

Well, seeing as we only have 2 entries in a contest offering a prize worth quite alot of $, I was expecting to get more than 2.

Hope some more people try to make something, you never know what could happen, you may just win the Photoshop.

 

We may be extending this, because this is in no way a "big contest-big prize" situation that we were looking for, we need much more entries..

Well, Hydrogen said I should, so this is what I have at the moment. I will probably change some parts of it. I'm not too happy with the stats box, but I'm not quite sure what to do with it. I know the banner sucks, but you said it isn't important, so I made a 1 minute job out of it. If you think of anything I could change just tell me.

 

I see a trend with our maintitle bars showing up in the template entries. As we stated before, it doesnt have to match exactly like the forum skin, it just has to complement it, colors and such. I am seeing if someone can come up with an idea that doesnt involve the skin images, but uses them for inspiration to come up with an idea that will make a nice addition to our site.

 

If you give me until Jan 7th or so, I may come up with one

I am getting there, will post when I get the whole outline finished, should be in around 2 hours.

Mortified Penguin- The template does not go with the style of our current skin. The template looks rushed, and the text and colors do not match very well. Spend a little more time fine tuning it, if we see a template we like and think it can be right if given some tweaking we will give the artist time to make corrections.

 

Here is my try. I didn't want to make anything too similar, and this is what i came out with.
