Andrew wasn't able to keep iGO up when he went off to the military (it was also at that time he 'unmasked' himself as a massive charade - just a chubby teenager looking for attention and to abuse his powers online), at least that was how my time line looks. I'm sure it had a bit more to go on with, but yeah... I never really bothered to care about iGO.
