I think that consoles are becoming.. more computer like. I mean, the graphics cards are still, not as powerful yet, but oneday the PS3 will become a hardout PC. Thats my theory anyway. What are your opinions?
well yeah, that's where things are going, but nintendo is trying to change that and revolutionize the video game industry with their new Wii console..... P.s. dreamcast ftw
ps3 AND xbox are turning into computers it's shear stuipdity if u didnt see that. hmm wat does my computer have in common with an xbox/Ps3... ~plays movies ~has a 60 Gb hard drive (well i have a 150) ~plays games ~has online capabiltiies ~has wireless capabilities ~customizable profiles.. hmmm thats kinda strange now lets see wat my computer can do that the Xbox/Ps3 can't do ~do my homework ~get upgrades that impact enough for years to come ~Burn Music ~Connect to my Printer ~Download anything and everything Oh Em gee thats a lot i can do with my computer...and guess wat? My computer was only 400 with 2.8ghz currently 700 some RAM and a HD double that of the consoles. Tells u something....PS3 and 360 are just computers that have been mutilated, raped, and destroyed then smothered in make-up to compensate the looks. Interestin eh?
well, consoles are pretty much PCs with a limited upgrade route and fewer options in my opinion. and for the record, the original xbox was pretty much a PC, a lot of people were installing linux on them, stripping out/replacing parts etc.
Well, with the amount of money they are costing nowadays, I expect to be able to do more than just simply play games
lol, i read about this company, think it was Toshiba. they're gonna make e-mail capabilities for a fridge. so loads of other stuff are turning into a computer
i'm at the point where i expect consoles nto to use MS windows. seriously M$ should make a new OS just for consoles then laster on cross it over to the PC.
duh i have the PS4, and it comes with its own monitor and keyboard and mouse... and optional wireless speakers!@!
