<span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS">This is bullsh[IMG]t. Basically what it's saying is that if this bill gets passed, NOTHING you create or ever created will belong to you. This means ANY form of art and that the only way to half way protect it is to pay PER ARTWORK.

It passes, I piss my pants and have such an urge to rob a bank. But I wouldn't do that.

.... but I'd still piss my pants.

Mexicutioner, if you'd actually read into it, it states that the UK is also starting a bill under the same terms. But this would null out the prupose of copyrights, which i think the people of congress are retarded for coming up with a bill that would contradict that in the first place. So i would have to agree with everyone, it will get nowhere.

Considering the true definition of art is technically anything that can be done well, you can easily argue that almost anything is art. I kind of hope it passes so I can start stealing everything and claiming it as art, so therefore it actually belongs to no one. Of course, it probably wouldn't work too well........

It won't ever pass, guys. Don't worry about it.
