My computer had close to 2k RAM, and my memory isn't even at half of what it can handle.

    Well here's the problem:

I have 200-300 songs and about a week or two ago it started acting up. It took FOREVER for WMP11 to load up, even when I have it loaded it will often come close to freezing my whole comp when I Un-Minimize it. I tried downgrading it, yet I still have the same problem.

I tried a AVG Scan, fully updated all the way through. Found stuff but was taken care of, and it still happens.

I tried a Spybot- Search and Destroy, Found stuff and was taken care of.

Yet I still have the problem. So I uninstalled GuildWars, I don't play it anymore so what the heck, thought it might have been taking up space needed. That wasn't the problem.

So I run a disk De-Frag, see if it can make my computer faster. To no avail.

I've tried all I can without doing a total recall. And I plan on not having to do so, as I think it's retarded.

    Any suggestions?

    Wait... 2k? 2kb? 2mb? I assume 2gb though lol. 2048mb.

Its most likely WMP11, its very buggy IMO. It doesnt work with Xbox 360's which is stupid, and its much slower than WMP10 and WMP9.

    Try WinAmp, iTunes, SongBird...
