What is the best computer case and power supply that I could buy from newegg.com for $100 w/ shipping included.

What kind of case? i.e. what format, etc?
for the sake of a frame of reference, I'll reccommend an ATX case:
Down at the computer store where I work, we've had a lot of luck with this one. Not too flashy, but it definitely works. 450W is about a standard PSU. You're gonna want to go bigger if you're putting lots of stuff inside though.

I could make a better reccommendation if you'd get more specific...

Case WITH power supply, or seperate?

There are cases that already come with a power supply.
