Everything should work perfectly, but I may suggest this DVD-burner

As for the PSU get this is youre tight

or this if you want to drop the $$

Also I dont see a case, was that your plan or did you forget. If youre in the market to buy one then get this
    silver

    black

get the 3800+ for less and OC the difrence if you absolutely can't wait...

and just a warning that board you chose only has 1 ide channel.

for the money, this looks like better ram
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820227030

DDR800, which means you get a clean memory setting.(remember, the x2s are based on speeds of 200, not 133, so you get underclocked ram with AM2 unless you got for even ram or you OC the proc, so while your'e at it, why not get an even value and an easy OC... run at DDR800 for a nice clock speed increase)

If you add a later Hard Drive, I would suggest keeping it to sATA, because as xelink said, it only has 1 pATA slot.

Why does it seems I'm the only one who has problems with newegg? I cant view your specs ATM but I think it should be okay.
