This is a guide I found somewhere on the net about overclocking your modern computer. It is an excellent guide and taught me to achieve an excellent overclock. It starts from the basics, explains all the terms and settings you need to learn and most importantly, includes diagrams and screenshots of the BIOS settings, etc

This overclocking guide was designed specifically for the 680i SLI nVidia chipset. However, this guide can be perfectly applicable to any modern motherboard - I own a 965P-DS3 gigabyte motherboard and this got me (I was completely new to overclocking) a rock solid 3.2GHZ Stable overclock.

This is available completely free from nvidia. And Hurin is right, selling this is against the rules.
