    * Why you would like to become a moderator at Gamerenders
I love the forum, and I hope I could be useful to the system and have more input in the functions of the forum.

    * What you would like to improve at GameRenders
I feel that the competitions can be run more smoothly sometimes (not thinking about my post from a week or two ago concerning voting at all). I have noticed that dates are set for when a competition is to be closed or when returns are to be posted, and they are not always met. I would do everything I could to make sure competitions are closed when it's said they are to be, and returns are posted when they are said to be posted.

    * Your past experience with moderating forums (if any)
I have run my own forum before and dealt with basic PHP, but as far as making sure posts are edited or moved to correct sections I am capable of being extremely on task and getting corrections made as soon as I notice them. The forum I ran was for a gaming clan, and being the leader I had to be responsible and get things done on time, however, a few of my friends had a tendency to make unnecessary spam that cluttered important areas of the forums... frequently. Monitoring the forum to remove threads was very necessary.

    * The amount of time (on average) you would spend moderating the forum per day, or per week
At least an hour a day of pure focus on the forums, not including having the page open on auto refresh with notices. Total of probably 14-20 hours a week (including the previously stated extraneous circumstances)

    * If you have any skills pertaining to the position you are applying for, feel free to provide limited amounts of examples displaying your proficiency
I have one example of life work I think applies to the situation, I worked as an election judge for the Illinois Primaries, timing was very important as we had to have the polls open right on the hour, and closed right on the half-hour, then have the results delivered following that.

    * Anything else you feel would be important for staff members to know regarding yourself when making our decision
I know it seems I can be a bit passionate at times, but for the most part I am a very emotionless person, I do things I need to, when I need to. If the case is that I am told to do something that I have promised to do, I'll make sure its done on time, and done well. When it comes to any encounters I've had with anyone before (I don't believe there has been any direct confrontation with any moderators, at least none that have been etched into my memory) I would hope that they could be put behind to give me the chance to help out. One last thing, concerning the post I made about voting structure, which I'm sure many of you remember, since it got out of hand, I just want it to be known that it was my suggestion, but the thread got a bit hijacked in the time span of about a day and suddenly other members were using it as a spot to flame the system, which was not my original intention. It was planned to just be food for thought, and I was reading through to ask those other members to stop when I then discovered that it was closed due to their actions. I apologize if it was thought that it was an attack against anyone or anything, it was based only off my observations and not those of others.
