hmm, probably something to do with the PSU, because if it was harddrive: would boot up, show you booting up screen (master and slave status) then get an error afterwards motherboard: nothing would happen cables: possibly i would first check the LD lights to see if maybe the power light was unplugged from the motherboard, if it was, then probably your cable to your monitor is not working properly, or its your vid card.
