Colorizing Whole Animation

    How do i colorize a whole animation? I've already tried to select all layers then link them together and colorize it but then it just colors the first frame.

    for example i wanna make this animation green:

    I think you just need to make the color balance (or hue/saturation) layer above all of the animation frames. I don't think you need to link them...
