There could be better contrast... Kinda like the effects though.

 

ya the sig is very dark, i think you could use more contrast between the sprite and the bg
the glow on his leg should be a wee bit brighter?
but thats about it

not bad the giy looks like he floating and the c4d and the lighting looks wrong, u ve got a good idea and i think if u created more flow witht he c4d it would look alot better.
