Do you have hosting? If so then it should of came with some FTP Details. Well before you close this, If your not very good at HTML. I might consider downloading Macromedia Dreamweaver. It is very good and is an HTML Editor for the Visual Editing and the HTML so you might be able to learn some. ^_^
Do you have any FTP software? I advise you to have this because it's handy and easy to upload files through your server. Also if you don't understand how to do this you can either search on google for ways of learning HTML and web designing or you can contact the support staff that are provided with your hosting.
