Yes, buying domains thru paypal is possible.

Goto namecheap, make an acc, add funds using paypal and your good to go.

I dont get how someone can sell DOMAINS. I mean, who owns the internet?? lol. how does 1 company get permission to make domains. i mean no one owns it or anything and its not like they are making the domain, casue domain on the inetrent is really just a mirror link..

 

It's for webspace. And you have to pay or else somebody will just claim every name they could think of.
