i have a question (if i shouldn't post this here, jsut tell me and ill delete it): on step 2, when it says to go to menu select - load selection, where is that? i can't find menu select.

i cant get the step on the making the circle...
like... which tool do you use to make the circle? marquee or which one? and i cant rasterize the layer. do we make it on a font layer or a new layer?

 

I have a little question, is it still being sold? if yes, i would really wanna buy it =D

 

U dont have to make a new layer u get the eclipse tool and make a cirlce and it willl make a new layer for you.
