i'm also stuck on doing the circles it really won't work !! lol if i do a new layer and then draw a circles with the shape tool, and i want to add some blending effects like other glow nothing happens ??

 

can u plz tell me how u have done the first bruhs in brush set i realy have to know plz tell me.....
