    it has Counterstrike Source on it :) best game out there

    EDIT: pre-loaded means that its on the PC but you cant play it because you havent registered it on that account.

    Why does it say Pre-Load complete for all those, you clearly dont have those games for this account, you only have css

    ...

    He says it has counter-strike source as a PLUS, he doesnt say its the only game.

    he never says "It only has CS:S on it"

    Just this account, no CDs to use with steam. When you buy something it stays with the account.
