Ok, when i go on click2host.us it says suspended, Bandwidth Limit Exceeded.

Any ideas why? If this has happened to anyone else when will it be usable again?

Click2Host has been going downhill for the last 4 months or so. For a while, their server was being moved and everyones images/files were wiped. Then the new host just plain sucked, and now this. They aren't reliable at all anymore, so I suggest using some of the sites suggested before. As for the thread, question has been answered and this is now closed.
