for those of you that have trouble falling asleep:
    1. Try whacking off before you go to sleep
    2. Sleeping pills, or sleep aid medication
    3. If you have an iPod listen to it on low volume
    4. if you have any childhood blankets or things of that nature that you sleep with or next to (to sniff or whatever).

I usually stay awake and watch tv. Though with as exhausted as I am lately with working, I will probably have no trouble at all sleeping on Christmas Eve.

We do nothing until later in the day (5-6 pm) when my entire family (a ton of people) go to my grandma's house.

I use to have a hard time sleeping, but recently, I fall asleep alot easier.

I just play video games all night until I feel like sleeping, it rarely happens though in Christmas Eve, I have to force myself to go to sleep
