You can use your previous Win XP in a new computer. Here's what you do: 1. Pop your Win XP CD in, boot with it. 2. Choose to repair it. 3. It will ask you for your Serial, and all that stuff, so it is re-registered to your new computer. 4. you have all your old files and most settings. that's how you would do it.
Well ya see, I dont have the XP disc...the stupid mofo's who upgraded my computer for me ended up not giving it to me...grr..Unless my dad just has it really well hidden but I think he said he doesnt have it... and btw, I dont want you guys to choose like the #1 best of each category if you cant, just tell me which ones I need to remove cuz they arent as good as another and I will to narrow it down a bit..
