It should be reopening soon. Maybe within 1-2 months. Also, maybe I will consider your offer later on but for now, I want to try and get some server upgrades in and makes more resources available. ^_^

Yes we do. cPanel allows both sub-domains and domains to be on the same account at once.

Unfortunately though, we are currently closed for maintenance. If you would still like to buy, you will have to pay in cash through our website.

    I have questions

Subdomain: YOURNAME.xwebhosting.org (is it a must?)
    Domain: Optional (whats this)

Can you explain more on thse two and give an example?

    And on this too

    NameServer 1: NS5.OURHOSTINGSERVERS.COM
    NameServer 2: NS6.OURHOSTINGSERVERS.COM

Do you have a DNS or something so it will be like,
    www.fishyaquarium.com or something?

    Thanks mate

The sub domain is a must for customers paying credits because it is easier for me to keep record.

The domain is the unique name that identifies a Web site.

    Example: fishyaquarium.com is a domain
    Example of a sub-domain: test.fishyaquarium.com

A nameserver is a machine that resolves Internet domain names into IP addresses, and vice-versa. When you have a purchased a domain name, you find the option in your registrar's control panel to edit namservers and then add these two as your primaries. This just allows your domain to be properly situated on our servers.

Do you have a DNS or something so it will be like,
    www.fishyaquarium.com or something?

Yes, many web hosts have this including ours. You can find out how to do it by reading my above answer.

Like I said, hosting will be back in maybe 2-4 weeks.

Also, I only will accept cash for domains.

According to our data records, there have been no connection issues at all since 5 days ago where a serious spammer signed up. We at Xweb Hosting take spamming very seriously and therefore it is not permitted.

In your case, you may just be experiencing a simple DNS issue which you can fix by clearing your DNS cache.
