Cheap Reliable Hosting - Cash & Credit Hosting

Alright I will be buying hosting and a domian from you guys soon. Have to get a paypal soon which should be in a couple of days. One question, what is dedicated IP adress for which you guys are charging $5. Thanks!

 

The Dedicated IP is not forced upon you. You can be hosted without it.

The one in the signature is not. But there is one which can be found on the website's index. It is a 10% off coupon good for new customers who pay quarterly, -------annually, or annually. Simply enter "XWEB10" during sign up to get the discount. ^_^

 

Well, I regret having to do this but it must be done. All accounts paying for hosting via credits will have to be terminated by the end of this month because server Palma is going to be discarded. And we had thought of moving them over to the new cluster but after some very careful consideration, we opted not to and here is our reasoning:

1) We did a little research and found out that of all the users on server Palma, the credit users used well over 70% of the total used. Now, this may seem insignificant, but hosting space is anything but cheap and simply moving you over to the new servers would be anything but financially helpful.

2) This is similar to the above reason, but the new cluster is very expensive and we have clients that are paying actual cash for the premium space. This said, we do not find it fair that they must pay while you get it the same deal for a much cheaper (technically fractional) price.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but we have decided to offer a way out of this. If you would still like to be hosted with us, you can as long as you pay cash. Simply contact us and we will work out a pricing plan for your site in respect to our current plans and your budget.

well what can i say? this sucks . ill just get an ftp acc from somewhere i guess =/. tnx for everything uve done for us dude, i would gladly pay cuz its super cheap but i dont have a way to do so.

You know, for offering services for such an affordable price I really am sorry for being a little whiney about it and am glad to now be a paying customer rather than cheaping it out.

You are too kind to have let me keep going on credits, even with your offer.

X-Web hosting is very reliable and the guys are always willing to help, very quick about their service and I've had nothing but smooth sailing from them.

I like the new name of my FTP url and such too.

One of these days I'll be purchasing a domain & actual forum hosting. Until then I should really learn CPanel and whateverelsethereis.

do you offer custom packages, like high bandwidth for video or proxy sites

 

Not as of yet. We will be offering them soon but they will be a bit more expensive. And, just for the record, proxy sites are not allowed.
