Hey man I'm having a problem. I have about 80$ in my paypal but when I go to complete the purchase on the website, it keeps asking me to add a credit card? Why is this?

 

That should not happen. Make sure your primary funding source is your PayPal balance and if that does not work, please take a picture of the screen you are getting and send it to me so I can have a better view of the possibilities.

No high resource sites like Torrentsites or Filehosts.

Why don't you allow file hosts? Do you consider an image upload place a file host? If so, shouldn't we be able to use our disk space and bandwidth how ever we please?

In simpler terms, the reason why high resource sites like the ones mentioned are not allowed is because in a shared hosting environment, there are many people that share one server and it would be unfair to the others on the server to suffer from lower resource availability. If you would like to host a high resource site, a Dedicated Server or Virtual Private Server is recommended.

Since you specifically mentioned Image Hosting [Sites], I am guessing that is what you were planning on using the allocated space for. Since I am guessing your resource usage will be minimal for the time being, I will allow it but if at any time I notice a decrease in the amounts of resources available to the extent at which other user are suffering, I will have to notify you to either purchase and dedicated server or VPS.

I am sorry if this is an inconvenience to you, but as with all hosts, specific rules must be applied.

*The main resources I am speaking in regards to are not space and bandwidth. I am speaking in regards to CPU Usage, Network Usage, and the like which would compromise another site's efficiency.
