i was assuming that they wouldnt get the most expencive shit. i mearly pointed out that if you were smart about it you could get a compter that could run d3/hl2 on medium settings for around 600. assuming you already have monitor, keyboard, mouse and os.
Custom is the only way to go to get a "gaming" rig and not spend a fortune doing it. Why spend all that money when you can make it yourself for really cheap. AND, you learn how to make one and know your computer way better and are able to upgrade on your own.
Alienware makes the most expensive computers ever, only an idiot would by from them. Two good sites that make inexpensive computers are Cyberpower Inc. and I Buy Power. Or you could make your own.
