Sensible and logical explaination? Okay, how's this: This woman simply appears, purely by coincidence, that she is talking on a cellphone. Just like someone in the middle ages holding their arm up to examine a mole on their wrist might appear, to us, as though he were checking his watch. The alternative, that she is somehow using a cellphone from the future, is so laughably ridiculous it doesn't even need a seconds consideration. Occam's Razor prevails as always.

Guess what I think it's a motorola phone. Oh & all you need is a mobile arial generator to comunicate. The only problem is we are in 1 of the many alternate paradigm, because the person in that footage came from another alternate reality.
