Any tips/tutorials on how to change the lighting on a render so it matches the stock? Example: robins SOTW entry. Any time I enter photoshop I get discouraged and close it because I know thats a big part of blending.

You mean as to remove the highlighting on the render and create highlighting in another position?

You can try burning the highlight you want to get rid of and creating a new one with the dodge tool.

Or just pick a stock that can already go with the positioning of the lighting on the render.
