Changing Ip

    I have a roadrunner connection (Cable) and I NEED to know a way to change my IP.

    Un-plugging and connecting does nothing.

    So either i need a proxy that does it or something.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Tor is a proxy for firefox that always changes IP's add m y aim, ninjadude55
